Uninstalling EM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM app as a system administrator.
  2. Select Settings > Entitlement Manager.
  3. Click Secure Entities.
  4. Clear the check boxes of the registered entities or click Remove All.
  5. Click Secure Selected Entities.
  6. Select Main menu > Settings.
  7. Under Customization, click Solutions.
  8. Select the NextLabs Entitlement Manager check box.
  9. Click Delete.
    The Uninstall Solution dialog box appears.
  10. Click OK.
