Checking if EM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is running
Procedure
- In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM app, click Settings.
 - Under Customization, click Customizations.
 - Click Customize the System.
 - Under Components, click Sdk Message Processing Steps.
 - 
                Ensure that status of the two event listeners
