Checking if EM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is running


  1. In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM app, click Settings.
  2. Under Customization, click Customizations.
  3. Click Customize the System.
  4. Under Components, click Sdk Message Processing Steps.
  5. Ensure that status of the two event listeners NextLabs.CRMEnforcer.Plugin.SelfHandler: Create is Enabled.
