You can use REST API to import Dynamics 365 data into PowerApps. You can block PowerApps by securing related entities using EM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. For example, if you secure the Accounts entity using EM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PowerApps cannot fetch any data as shown in the following figure.
