Users are unable to view logs

Users are unable to view logs generated by EM for Microsoft Dynamic CRM

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > System Settings.
  2. Click the Customization tab.
  3. From the Enable logging to plug-in trace log, select All.
    The trace logs are written to the CRM entities whenever the plugin or the workflow codes run, irrespective of whether an exception is returned.
  4. Click OK.
