ISV error page appears when users access CRM data

Download the log file from the pop-up page and verify the error messages.

If there is PC query failed! Please check PC status! in the log file, perform the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Check whether the Policy Controller is configured correctly and running.
  2. Make sure the relevant policy does not use incorrect operator in the Control Center Subject Components.

If there is no PC query failed issue, the error might be caused due to incorrect policies.If there is no “PC query failed” issue, the error might be caused due to incorrect policies.

Go to the Logs page to view more logs. The following table lists the common mistakes in the policies.

Logs Explanation
Log: The attribute [XXX] defined in policy does not exist in this entity! The attribute defined in the policy does not exist in the Dynamics CRM entity or it is not selected in Security Entities. You need to remove this attribute from the policy or add this attribute in the Entity and select the attribute in the Secured Entities page.
Log: The attribute type [XXX] defined in policy is [XXX]. It cannot be used in policy. The attribute type cannot be used in the policy. You need to remove this attribute from the policy.
The attribute type [XXX] defined in policy is [XXX]. Its operator is [XXX], but its value [XXX] defined in policy can’t be found in this entity The value of this attribute is not correctly defined in the policy. You need to input correct value in the policy.
Log: The attribute type [XXX] defined in policy is [XXX]. It cannot be applied to [XXX]. This means that the operation symbol is not suitable for this attribute type. You must enter a suitable operation symbol in the policy.
